Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds except in cases where the puppy has been proven to have a life-threatening genetic condition within the terms of our health guarantee. Any claims for refunds must be made in accordance with the health guarantee provided to you at the time of purchase.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Care of the Puppy: By purchasing a puppy from Bulldogzilla Breeders, you agree to provide the puppy with proper care, including but not limited to food, water, shelter, and veterinary care.

Veterinary Care: You are responsible for scheduling a veterinary check-up for your puppy within the first 72 hours after pickup or delivery.

Spaying/Neutering: We strongly recommend that all puppies purchased from Bulldogzilla Breeders be spayed or neutered unless otherwise agreed upon. Bulldogzilla Breeders may contribute to the cost of spaying/neutering to prevent backyard breeding.
